- The Coastal Municipalities Water Utility intends to apply part of the proceeds under the budget of the Coastal Municipalities Water Utility toward payment under the Contract “Audit of the CMWU's Financial Statements for the Fiscal Year 2023 (CMWU -IOC CS 53/2026) “, (hereinafter called "the Services"). The Services include auditing the financial statements of the Coastal Municipalities Water Utility for the fiscal year 2023, expressing an independent audit opinion, and issuing a management letter.
2. A Consultant will be selected under Quality and Cost-Based Selection (QCBS) in accordance with the procedures described in the RFP and the provisions of the CMWU Procurement Regulations. The Contract to be signed with the selected Consultant shall be on a Lump-Sum basis.
3. Interested eligible consultants may inspect the RFP through h.alshaer@cmwu.ps during office hours 8:00 AM to 3:00 from Sunday to Thursday at the address given below.
4. Interested consultants must be registered companies with the competent official authorities in the State of Palestine. Consultants are required to hold a valid and updated commercial registration certificate for the year 2026 and must be legally authorized to practice the profession of auditing in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.
5. Proposals must be delivered to the address below on or before 6 July 2026. Electronic proposals will be permitted. Proposals must be valid for a period of 90 days after the final date for Proposal Submission. Late proposals will be rejected.
